Please read our cancellation policy prior to booking an appointment to ensure you fully understand. Scheduled treatments are reserved especially for you! In regards to Skin Care & Waxing / Tinting cancellations, we require a 72-hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Permanent Makeup cancellations require a 72-hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. All Permanent makeup appointments without proper notice and ALL cancellations result in a your deposit forfeited or a $100 fee charged to your card if appointment was paid in full. All Skincare & waxing/tinting appointments without proper notice result in your deposit forfeited or a $20 fee charged to your card if paid in full or planning to pay in full at your appointment time. Appointments can be re-scheduled once the cancellation fee is paid. Should you wish to reschedule your appointment at that point, you will have to pay another non-refundable deposit to book a new date. Deposits are NON-refundable.
*When booking appointments, you are consenting that you agree to the policies stated on this website. We do understand that emergencies arise and weather conditions may become hazardous. Please inform us so that we are aware of your situation.
In regards to Skin Care & Waxing / Tinting cancellations, we require a $20 non-refundable deposit to schedule and reserve appointments (if not paid in full prior to appointment). A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to schedule Permanent Makeup services (if not paid in full prior to appointment). If you choose to cancel your appointment that the deposit was paid for, you will forfeit the deposit paid. Deposits will be deducted from the total treatment fee and holds your spot on the calendar. Deposits are non-transferrable and can not be switched to another service with the same deposit. If service is paid in full, and proper cancellation-notice is not given, you will also forfeit the deposit fee ($20 for skincare, waxing, & tinting and $100 for permanent makeup services).
*Remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the policies stated.
Quiet please! We want Glam Bar AL to be a tranquil and stress-reducing experience for all! We appreciate you silencing your ringer and cell phone while in the spa. Glam Bar AL is not currently accepting an extra guests at this time. Please arrive alone to your appointment.
The result of any permanent makeup procedure is never 100% guaranteed. Additional Touchup sessions may be required(at an additional charge) to obtain optimal desired results. Although we do our best to provide you with quality service, many factors can result in a less than desired outcome as each client may heal differently. As a result, Glam Bar Alabama does not offer refunds on Permanent Makeup procedures.
Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time to review forms and discuss your goals for the scheduled service. The main door to the studio will be locked until your appointment time. Please wait in your vehicle when you arrive and text (256)-426-1345 to let us know you have arrived. You will be texted at your appointment time to enter the building and begin your treatment. If you are less than 10 mins. late for your scheduled appointment, your treatment will end as scheduled, as not to delay the next guest. If you are 10+ minutes late to your appointment, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment, forfeiting your deposit. The deposit policy above applies to 10+ minute late appointments as well.

Please be patient and remember I will respond to everyone as soon as I can. It may take up to 2-3 business days to receive a response due to high appointment volumes.
