Our Policy


Scheduled treatments are reserved especially for you! In regards to Skin Care & Waxing / Tinting cancellations, we require a 48-hour notice. Permanent Makeup cancellations require a 72-hour notice. All appointments without proper notice and ALL cancellations result in forfeiting your deposit or $20 if paid in full. Appointments can be re-scheduled within the proper notice time once. All re-scheduled appointments that are cancelled will result in forfeiting your deposit. Re-scheduled appointments may not be scheduled at a different time without forfeiting your deposit.

*We do understand that emergencies arise and weather conditions may become hazardous. Please inform us so that we are aware of your situation.


In regards to Skin Care & Waxing / Tinting cancellations, we require a $20 non-refundable deposit to schedule and reserve appointments (if not paid in full prior to appointment). A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to schedule Permanent Makeup services (if not paid in full prior to appointment). Deposits will be deducted from the total treatment fee. 

*Remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment

If proper cancellation notice is not given or the appointment is not rescheduled within the proper time frame, the deposit will be forfeited.




Quiet please! We want Glam Bar AL to be a tranquil and stress-reducing experience for all! We appreciate you silencing your ringer and cell phone while in the spa. Glam Bar AL is not appropriate for children. If it is necessary to bring children, please be considerate of other guests. 

The result of any permanent makeup procedure is never 100% guaranteed. Additional Touchup sessions may be required(at an additional charge) to obtain optimal desired results. Although we do our best to provide you with quality service, many factors can result in a less than desired outcome as each client may heal differently. As a result, Glam Bar Alabama does not offer refunds on Permanent Makeup procedures.

Appointment Time

All new clients are required to fill out an intake form. Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time to review forms and discuss your goals for the scheduled service. The main door to the studio will be locked until your appointment time. Please have a seat in the lobby area when you arrive inside and you will be greeted to begin your treatment. If you are less than 15 mins. late for your scheduled appointment, your treatment will end as scheduled, as not to delay the next guest. If you are 15+ mins late to your appointment time, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment and forfeit your deposit.
